About Hershel Lonidier, REALTOR®, GCLRA, RA, NAR

My name is Hershel Lonidier.  I am a native of the Central Louisiana area having grown up in Alexandria, LA that is known as a Sportsman's Paradise and yes, I am an avid sportsman.  I grew up with a love of hunting, fishing and playing summer baseball like most other kids in Central Louisiana. This Paradise is a wonderful place to raise a family or live your best single life.  My motto is "Come to play but, plan to stay".

After I completed Pineville High School, I attended Louisiana College, LSUA, and eventually earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix.

During my working career I started out in the corporate world working for Cleco Corporation for ten years in their Mandiville, LA office. Afterward, transferring to their Pineville, Louisiana location as a Compliance Manager responsible for managing disputes with competing Utilities.

After leaving Cleco, I worked for seventeen years a a contractor for the City of Alexandria in the Planning Department, as a facilitator for city zoning boards and in the Engineering Department, as a right of way agent.  During this time, I began investing in Real Estate, buying and selling investment properties.  I designed and developed the Plantation Mobile Home Park which I current own and manage today.

During this time my interest in Real Estate let me toward a desire to learn more about the workings of Real Estate and becoming an agent.  After speaking with other agents, I finally acquired my Real Estate license.

I am now a REALTOR® for the # 1 Real Estate Brokerage in the South East and proud to call Latter & Blum, Inc. part of my family.  I know firsthand the challenges of buying or selling and can assist you in each process and am looking forward to the challenges of marketing or selling residential or commercial Real Estate.
